Emily Slota is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the US, Europe, and Africa. She advises and serves on the boards of banking, investment, and technology startups. As the founder and former CEO of Liquid Financial Services, she focused on expanding financial access in West Africa. With seven years at McKinsey & Company, Emily led fintech initiatives, assisting banking, telecom, and technology companies in achieving strategic and operational excellence through technology.

Beyond consulting, Emily worked at PayPal in Silicon Valley, specializing in entry strategies for emerging markets. She held strategic roles in tech startups, the US government, and a non-profit organization.

Emily holds dual degrees in Economics and Human Biology from Stanford University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an MPA-ID from Harvard Kennedy School. Currently residing in Ghana with her family, Emily continues to drive business and technology sectors, emphasizing inclusion and innovation.
