Engagement Manager

Nikita holds a BSc with Honours, Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and an MBA 1st Class Honours from University College Dublin, Smurfit Business School.

He serves as Evolution Ltd’s Engagement Manager, and his full-time position is with Civitta, a leading North / Eastern Europe advisory firm that Evolution Ltd collaborates with.

He has been involved in commercial function productivity improvement initiatives for a major telco player; market entry strategy for a global financial services player, 
review of key player strategies & competitive dynamic, and financial and regulatory outlook; in market research, go‐to‐market strategy, key stakeholder mapping, and competitor analysis for a European‐based consortium developing a predictive healthcare treatment solution.

He has been involved in CEE expansion strategy development for a leading Northern European consumer goods business; commercial and strategic due diligence of a European industrial goods manufacturer; channel profitability improvement study and distribution model development.

He has worked on a major project for Evolution Ltd on the impact of EU data and platform regulation on Big Tech and their ecosystems- and the resulting strategy of a major tech player.
