Previously Global Head of AI & Data Transformation at IG Group, a FTSE 200 fintech company, she led the organization's 'RenAIssance' transformation delivering substantial operational efficiency improvements through AI initiatives. With 18+ years of experience across FMCG, financial services, and business services, she has established herself as a leading voice in enterprise AI adoption.

As a former Customer Advisory Board Member at Anthropic, she shaped AI product development for enterprise applications. Her change management framework achieved exceptionally high employee AI adoption rates in under 12 months, significantly outperforming industry benchmarks. She has co-led research with Harvard and Stanford on GenAI's enterprise impact, with results showing significant productivity improvements.

A recognized thought leader, Olga has advised the British Cabinet Office on AI adoption policies and forged strategic partnerships with Google, Harvard, OpenAI, and Anthropic. During her tenure at IG Group, she delivered numerous GenAI solutions, generating significant efficiency savings while managing a global team of professionals across four countries.

Her career includes transformative roles at Eurostar International (significant growth in digital bookings) and Japan Tobacco International, as well as co-founding AR solutions company Kifreez, serving clients including UNICEF with substantial year-over-year revenue growth.
