Armel Djeukou

Armel Djeukou is a distinguished Senior Executive and transformation leader, bringing two decades of global experience in aerospace and Deep Tech. At Airbus, where his tenure culminated as Senior Vice President, he directed global engineering and manufacturing operations and spearheaded critical group-wide transformation and Deep Tech deployment programs. Prior to that, he steered highly complex turnarounds as Head of business units and Chairman of several subsidiaries.

He pioneered large-scale, group-wide initiatives spanning Digital Twins, Industrial and Physical AI, Autonomous Systems, and Space Tech. His work successfully bridged advanced technology development with production-floor integration across a global operational footprint.

Armel's core expertise lies at the intersection of Deep Tech, organizational resilience, industrial, and operational governance. He partners with senior leadership teams, academic institutions, and investment funds to strategically navigate the gap between emerging technologies and practical operational absorption.

He holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering, a Chief Digital Officer Professional Certificate from MIT, and a Mergers & Acquisitions Executive Certificate from Harvard. He was recognized as part of the World Economic Forum’s 2021 Cohort of New Generation Industry Leaders.
